What: The 2nd Annual GVSU DPT Golf Scramble for Vestibular Disorders

 

Where: The Meadows at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI

 

When: July 26, 2014 at 1:30 PM

 

Why: To raise money for the Vestibular Disorders Association and the GVSU Doctorate of Physical Therapy Class of 2015

 

Who: Four person scramble. Teams with at least one female will receive a free mulligan balloon and 10 feet of putting string.

 

Cost: $75 per person. With this, you will receive 18 holes of golf with a cart, t-shirt, dinner at the conclusion of the scramble, and a day of fun with friends and fellow professionals.

 

Prizes: There will be prize packages for the top 3 teams

Information: All proceeds from event will be split 50/50 between the Vestibular Disorders Association and the GVSU Doctor of Physical Therapy Class of 2015.

 

The Vestibular Disorders Association is dedicated to spreading awareness of vestibular disorders.

The GVSU DPT Class of 2015 will put their portion of all proceeds toward a general class fund, which is used for various functions such as graduation events, board exams and certification fees, and other expenses.
